Multi-Day Course 

This is a dance fitness class using Polynesian, Belly Dance, Latin Dances, and Line Dances just for teens to stay in shape.

Class Experience
This class is a live dance aerobics class featuring dances from Hawaii, Tahiti, Latin America, and will also include popular line dances like the Cupid Shuffle. Students warm-up and stretch, followed by a mini-lesson for each dance, practice the dance and cool down.

Students will stay in shape while learning dance steps such as chasse, Hula basic steps, Samba style carnival footwork, and party line dances. Sign up here.
